Green Tea



After a long day what I like doing the most is taking my clothes off, taking a warm bath and putting an oversize t-shirt on. This, plus drinking a cup of tea.  Yep, I’m so British right?

I love tea, especially Green Tea. I did a research about the benefits, because I think that relaxing isn’t the only thing that this amazing drink does. So here are the 11 benefits of drinking tea, specially Green Tea:
