My new favorite number is 100.
I read somewhere that you are
supposed to do a 100 crunches in order to have a flat stomach., that you are
supposed to brush your hair a 100 times before going to sleep (and then do a
tigh, high pony tail) so your hair can grow, that walking a 100 steps after
eating will help you digest better the food. But why just do does things that
"will make you more beautiful"?
why not trying smiling a 100
times per day? why not trying to say "i love you" a 100 times per
day? (this includes you bf or gf, mom, dad, cousins, friends, etc) why not
tryin to read a 100 pages of a book, or give 100 kisses and hugs? why not saying a 100 nice things?
why just do things that will help
you with your body and not with your heart?
let's get to a 100 great things!
