Am I the only one
who gets cravings at noon? Like I reallt, really need a snack! So I've been
searching for healthy snacks ideas and here are some of them:
- Apple slices with peanut butter
- Veggies and humus
- Yougurt with granola
- PopCorn
- Almonds
- Fro-Yo
- Fruit
- Cheeses Strings
- Pistachios
- Sunflower seeds
- Pretzel sticks
- Cottage cheese with whole wheat bread
- 2 (just 2) kiss chocolate
And
last but not least. Grilled cheese made with mozzarella and whole wheat bread
(home made, healthy mozzarella sticks)
